One of the issues that hasn’t found a suitable place in our research is teaching Arabic as a second language. This is a matter that hasn’t received clear attention from those responsible for development planning in Arab countries, and it hasn’t been a focus in future language projects. Despite the general lack of interest in this topic and the superficial concern shown by institutions responsible for spreading the Arabic language among people worldwide, and in many cases, their shortcomings in addressing it, they neglect how to guide learners towards achieving their desired goals. This can be achieved through a comprehensive document of teaching language standards, which is one of the most important tools for making a real breakthrough in this field. The absence of a universally agreed-upon vision for teaching Arabic at international and global levels is a significant concern.
